There are just four easy steps to your brighter, whiter smile

* A plastic retractor is gently placed in your mouth to hold your smile in position, and a protective dam is applied to the gums

* The whitening gel is applied to your teeth and the lazer start button is pressed for a 10-15 minute cycle

* The whitening gel is removed and reapplied a further two or three times, depending on how dramatic you want the results to be!

* Finally,when the dam and plastic retractor is removed, you can rinse out your mouth and get ready to flash that dazzling smile which can last up to two years depending on diet, lifestyle and oral hygiene!
